• The Board of Architects Malaysia (BAM) and Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) have set up a joint Sub-Committee on Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) to deal with issues pertaining to the issuance of CCC by Professional Architects and Professional Engineers.
  • From a review of the CCC documents i.e Form F and Form Gs so far received by the Boards, it is noted that many Principal Submitting Persons (PSPs) have not filled up the various Forms accurately.
  • In view of the above, a comprehensive guide to filling up the CCC Form F/Form F1 and Forms G1-G21 have been prepared together with samples of such completed forms.
  • All Professional Architects are advised to refer to the above Guide and Sample Forms for guidance.
